Michael Robert Jennings, age 31 of Hudson, WI,
formerly of Jump River, WI, died on Tuesday, April
27th at his home. He was born on December 23,
1978 in Medford the son of Dennis and Jackie
(Ahlers) Jennings. Mike graduated from Gilman
High in 1997. He went on to work in road
construction presently for Tower Asphalt in the twin
cities.
He is survived by his fiancée, Geri McKenna and
their daughter, McKenna Rae Jennings of Hudson,
his mother, Jackie (Jerry) Gerberding of Sheldon,
his father, Dennis Jennings of Sheldon, his sister,
Melissa (Jeff) Weishaar of McHenry, IL one
nephew, Aaron Weishaar, his step grandmother,
Peggy Tinstman of Cornell and many other aunts,
uncles, cousins and friends. Mike is preceded in
death by his Paternal grandparents, Robert and
Audrey Jennings and his Maternal grandparents,
Jack and Lenora Ahlers.
Services will be held on Friday at 1:00 p.m. at St.
John’s Catholic Church in Sheldon. Burial will follow
at Mt. Nebo Cemetery in Jump River. Visitation will
be from 11:00 a.m. until time of services Friday at
the Church. The Gilman Funeral Home assisted
the family with arrangements.
