Sandra Meeker

Obituary:

Sandra L. Meeker, 81, of Stanley, WI gained her angel wings on December 29th, 2025 at her home. Sandy was born on April 17th, 1944 in Waukegan, Illinois to John “Jack” and Amelia (Narrod) Turner. She was one of four children.

Sandy was most proud of being a stay at home mom. She also did foster care and homecare. She worked for Westcap and Figis and Bill Thorp. She made and sold crafts and was an exceptional sewer.

Sandy was unique. She possessed the ability to provide for others which gave her great joy to help someone in need. Having multiple items of anything and to know where they were was a gift in itself! She also enjoyed fishing, music, puzzles, camping, bingo, and slots. She loved spending time with her family every chance she had. Sandy will be dearly missed by her husband of 65 years, Chester “Chet” Meeker, their 3 children Jeffrey (Candy) Meeker, Sabrina Sennett, and Trinity Meeker, and all of their beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sandy is preceded in death by her parents, brothers John, Jerry, and Robert, her children in infancy, and other family and friends.

Per Sandy’s wishes, no services will be held.
